Action Plan on Gestiona: When to do it

There are two moments where the Action Plan (5W2H) is commonly applied:

1. When the Goal is not reached (goal in Red or Yellow)

When a KPI is not meeting the customer’s expectation, the goal will be colored in red or yellow. In this case, we must create an Action Plan to ensure that the results currently produced are able to achieve what my client expects.

2. When all Goals are green

When all KPIs are meeting your customer’s expectations, we recommend that you self determine a challenge and seek to improve a KPI that you consider important.

 

Recalling that the Action Plans influence your EGU Score. If all of your goals are green, the Goal Management criterion will be zeroed.
