Accessing other users dashboards on Gestiona

In addition to accessing the table of their subordinates via their hierarchy tree, users with an administrator profile can access the GESTIONA system of other users within companies they have access to, provided they have the necessary profile permissions.

You can access the list of users in two ways:

1. By clicking on the icon in the top menu, or:
2. By expanding the hierarchy tree and clicking on Users
   as indicated by the arrows below:

 

Upon accessing the User Search screen, you can search for a user using the fields for Name, Username (used for login), Company, or Email. Then, click on Search.

When hovering over the records, a button will appear in the second column of the screen labelled Access Dashboard.

By clicking this button, you will be taken directly to the user’s dashboard without going through the registration screen.

 

Double-clicking on the record will open the User screen, where you can access the user’s dashboard by clicking the Access Dashboard button.

 

When accessing the user’s dashboard, you will see the logged-in user in the right corner (which will be you) and the selected user in the top right corner (i.e., the dashboard owner).
