What problem does this new feature solve?
Until now, keeping track of what had been delegated to you or identifying which team indicators were off target required navigating through different screens in the system. This took time and increased the risk of an important issue being overlooked during day-to-day management.
With the new configuration, this monitoring is centralized. You define what you want to see once, and every time you access Gestiona, you get a complete view of your management: what belongs to you, what has been delegated to you, and where your team is showing critical performance.
How it works
Gestiona’s main screen can now include two optional sections, displayed below your indicators:
- Delegated indicators: shows the indicators delegated to you, following the same monthly tracking format — green, yellow, blue, and red dots — along with the target for each indicator.
- Team red indicators: shows only the indicators within your team that are currently red — meaning the status and/or target is red — so you can immediately focus your attention where it is needed most.
Both sections are optional and are disabled by default. You decide what makes the most sense for your management routine.
