Some tasks are not about strategy—they are purely operational: registering, filtering, removing, and organizing. They may not appear in your results, but they still take time. And the more users and indicators your company has, the more time these tasks consume.
This month, four Gestiona improvements address exactly that issue: fewer clicks, less rework, and more time for system administrators to focus on what truly matters.
Users: greater accuracy when searching and analyzing
Department filter on the Users screen. You can now filter the user list directly by department, and this information is also included in the exported report. Previously, the department was only displayed in each user’s Basic Information. Now, it can also be used as a search and segmentation criterion.
What you gain: a faster way to find entire teams and create segments without having to open each user individually.
User Report without duplicate entries. When a user was linked to more than one manager or Protection Calendar, the report displayed a separate row for each relationship. Now, with the “Users replicated by manager” button, all this information is consolidated into a single row, with each relationship separated by commas.
What you gain: more accurate analysis, without having to manually clean up the spreadsheet and remove duplicate entries before using the report.
Protection Calendar: bulk removal without repeating the same action indicator by indicator
Until now, removing a Protection Calendar was a repetitive task: one deletion per user or one individual edit per indicator. If you needed to remove dozens of relationships, you had to repeat the process dozens of times.
Now, you can complete the task in just a few clicks in three different ways:
- Use a button to remove the calendar from all users at once, directly from the general settings screen.
- Select multiple indicators and remove the calendar from all of them simultaneously on the exception management screen.
- Remove relationships by importing a spreadsheet and entering NULL in the calendar column, without having to open each indicator individually in the interface.
What you gain: more efficient calendar management, with far fewer clicks to achieve the same result.
Usability: smoother navigation across every screen
The system’s scroll bar was too narrow on some screens, particularly on high-resolution monitors, and its appearance was inconsistent across different areas of the system.
Now, the scroll bar’s interactive area has been enlarged and standardized throughout Gestiona.
What you gain: greater comfort when clicking and dragging the scroll bar, with consistent behavior on every screen you access.
The common thread behind these improvements
Faster filtering, bulk removal, less manual rework, and smoother navigation—each improvement addresses a different point of friction, but they all move in the same direction: less time spent on operational tasks and more time available for real management.
