News Retrospective: March

March was a month of meaningful improvements in Gestiona, with updates designed to make the experience more intuitive, organized, and aligned with what truly matters: executing strategy.

More than isolated changes, this month’s updates reinforce an ongoing direction for the platform: reducing complexity and increasing clarity in management.

Here’s a look at what’s new—and how it directly impacts your day-to-day.

More Consistent Navigation: Standardized Measurement Export

The measurement export feature now follows a side-panel modal pattern, appearing as a panel on the right-hand side of the screen.

This may seem like a small change, but it has a direct impact on usability.

With this standardization:

  • the experience becomes more predictable
  • interactions feel smoother
  • and overall usage becomes more intuitive

In addition, aligning with Gestiona’s design system ensures users don’t have to “relearn” how to use each feature.

In practice: you gain speed and reduce effort when navigating the platform.

More Control and Prioritization: Sorting Linked Items

Gestiona now allows you to manually organize the order of Control Items within the Linking feature—bringing more autonomy, prioritization, and consistency to how information is displayed.

How to use it:

  • Select the desired Control Items and drag them into the Items panel
  • This defines which items will be part of the link

After selecting them, you can reorder their display:

  • Simply drag and drop each item into the desired position
  • This lets you define the sequence that best fits your management needs

On the Dashboard, linked items will appear in the same order defined in the linking setup screen.

To remove an item:

  • Select the Control Item and click the “X” to delete it from the link

More Clarity and Customization: User Avatars

Admins can now request enabling or disabling avatar editing on the Dashboard.

The process is simple:

  • When the setting “Do not allow avatar changes on the dashboard” is enabled, users won’t see the edit option (the pencil icon is hidden), so they cannot change their image
  • When this setting is disabled, avatar editing is automatically enabled, and the pencil icon reappears

How to request this change:
Contact Support and specify whether you want to enable or disable avatar editing.

More Speed and Focus: Compact Mode as Default

Compact Mode can now be set as the default Dashboard view in Gestiona.

With this setting, all dashboards automatically open in Compact Mode, ensuring a more objective, fast, and execution-focused experience from the very first access.

To enable it, simply contact Quattrus Support and request Compact Mode as the default for your company’s dashboards.

Once enabled, you’ll also be able to select date options within Compact Mode.

New in Conexa Permissions Assignment

Objectives now automatically inherit users and permissions defined in the map they are linked to.

This means that when a new user is added to a map, they are automatically replicated across all existing objectives—ensuring greater consistency and less effort in access management.

Objectives and maps remain independent, allowing for specific adjustments whenever needed (for example, removing a user from a specific objective).

What Do These Improvements Mean for Your Management?

Looking at these updates as a whole, it’s clear the focus isn’t just on adding features.

The goal is to make the platform increasingly:

  • intuitive
  • consistent
  • action-oriented
  • aligned with real management needs

These improvements work together to reduce friction and increase execution capacity.
