Accepting your Monitoring

The monitored user has the simplest access to the RPPA. Upon logging in, they can check their monitoring sessions and indicate whether they agree or disagree with the results.

On the left side, the dates of the completed monitoring sessions are displayed. Clicking on a date loads the monitoring data on the right side.

In addition to viewing the information, the monitored user can agree or disagree with the result by clicking the YES or NO buttons on the upper right of the screen.

If the monitored user disagrees with the result, they must explain the reason.

The status will change to CONFIRMED if they agree or NOT CONFIRMED if they disagree, with the justification visible on the monitor’s history screen.
