Presentation Mode in Conexa: Preview

The Presentation Mode in Conexa is designed to optimise the management and monitoring of the Objectives Map as a whole. The system allows for the grouping of presentations from two or more Strategic Objectives into a single presentation, bringing more agility and organisation to the management of strategic Indicators and Action Plans.

How to View Presentation Mode: Conexa offers two ways to access Presentation Mode:

  1. On the main Objectives Map screen: Here, you can view the consolidated presentation of all strategic objectives.

  2. On each Strategic Objective screen: Through the “Objective Presentations” option, where you can consult each configured presentation.

Below, we will see the two options for viewing Presentation Mode:

When you enter the Objectives Map, you have direct access to view all presentations that have already been created. Just follow these steps:

  1. Click the icon to access the Consolidated Presentation Mode.

The system will display the “View Presentation” screen, where you can edit the order of information display or simply view the presentations for each month.

In the Month field, the system will only display the months that have a registered presentation.

In the Responsible field, the system will display the avatars of all users who have a registered presentation.

Important:

Multiple presentations can be created in the same month with different responsible persons; there is no limit.


Then you can edit the order of the contents for a month or just view it.

  1. Click the button to view the presentation.
  2. Or click the button to access the “Configure Presentation” screen for each month.

In the “Configure Presentation” screen, all Strategic Objectives with registered presentations will appear. By expanding an objective, you will find the list of users responsible for the presentations.

You can change the order of the presentations by clicking on the six-dot button next to the responsible person’s avatar and moving the presentation to the desired position. The same instructions apply for ordering the different Strategic Objectives.

On the right side of the screen, there is an icon to show or hide, represented by the button . Clicking this icon will hide the respective content from the responsible person’s presentation.

To show it again, just click the button once more.

3.After making all adjustments, click “Save” or “Save and View Presentation”.

Clicking “Save and View Presentation” will display the consolidated presentation. Use the navigation buttons to move forward through the content display.

Access the Objectives Map, select the desired Strategic Objective, and click the options button represented by the three-dot icon.

Next, click on the “Access Objective” option.

The system will open the complete Dashboard of the Strategic Objective. Scroll down to the end to see the “Objective Presentations” option. Click on the desired Period (Month) and Responsible Person.

The system will display the Objective Presentation screen with the pre-configured information. Simply click the “View Presentation” button.

The system will display the chosen presentation; use the navigation buttons to move forward through the content.
