Understanding the Conexa Map

The strategic map is a resource that acts as a catalyst and helps align objectives.

You can select the desired map using the selection button.

In this area, you will find the Objectives of the selected map.

Clicking on the three-dot button will open the list of functions you can perform for this Objective.

Here you can:

Edit: Used to edit the information related to the name and settings of the Objective.
Access Objective: With this function, you can enter the objective, configure the corresponding indicators, and view important information for the analysis and monitoring of Processes.
Restore: Used to restore the objective after it has been disabled.
Disable: With this option, you can completely delete the selected Objective.
Eliminate Connections: You can delete the relationships created between objectives.

The colour of the traffic light and the objective is displayed based on the worst colour of the traffic lights or the Targets of the indicators defined as the Main KPI for each Objective.

Here you can:

Monitor the status of the month.
Monitor the status of the Target.
