If your company has the Task Monitor feature, administrators with permission to Edit Client can configure which users will have the Task Monitor enabled.
Click on the client as indicated below:
Go to the Task Monitor tab.
When the screen opens, you will see a list of all registered users.
You can filter users by the Search Users field or by clicking the checkbox in the Show only enabled users field.
To enable this feature for a user, simply click the checkbox in the Authorised column for the respective users. To disable it, just uncheck the checkbox.
Finally, click Save.
