Copying and Moving Indicators in Gestiona

The Copy and Move Control Items functionality is designed to facilitate the transfer of items between users. If a user changes departments within the company and another user becomes responsible for the control items, this functionality will assist you.

If you have the necessary permissions, the administrator can copy and/or move items from users they have access to.

Click on the icon indicated below:

By default, the items of the person logged into the system will appear on the left, but it is possible to change to the desired user.

On the left side, select the source user of the item you wish to move or copy, and on the right column, select the destination user.

Select the desired items and drag them to the right side.

The system will open a selection window. Choose the desired option and click Save.

When you enter the destination user’s dashboard, you will find the control items that were copied and/or moved.
