Import Measurements no Gestiona

Administrators will be able to import Measurements for control items for all users who have access.
nstead of registering the measurements one by one, you can perform this operation once via import.

Import Instruction and Template

Below is the way to fill in the template to perform the import correctly:

When filling in the data in the spreadsheet, remove the formatting to avoid errors in the import.

 

NOTE:

  • The file must contain from column A (Item ID) to column N (Type); the other columns are for reference.

  • The first three columns (Item ID, month, and year) must contain the corresponding information.

  • When the measurement and range columns are blank, the value in Gestiona will be considered, so if there is no change in values, there is no need to fill them in.

 

IMPORTANT:

If there are Custom Fields registered, they must be included in the import file – they are mandatory.

TIP: Export the report and copy the header to the import file.

 

IMPORTANT:

When the item is good for MORE (+), the following fields are mandatory:

  • FX_VERDE_INF_MES
  • FX_VERDE_INF_ANO

When the item is good for LESS (-), the following fields are mandatory:

  • FX_VERDE_SUP_MES
  • FX_VERDE_SUP_ANO

When the item is good for EQUAL (=), the following fields are mandatory:

  • FX_VERDE_INF_MES
  • FX_VERDE_INF_ANO
  • FX_VERDE_SUP_MES
  • FX_VERDE_SUP_ANO

 

Import Measurements

Click on the icon indicated below:

Then:

  1. Select the Measurement type
  2. Find the file filled in as shown above
  3. Click Send

You can click the Update button to see the file upload status. When ready, the status will show the message: (100%) Import successful.

Gestiona will indicate if the import did not occur correctly. If your file has any changes to already registered data, a message will appear showing how many records were updated.

At the end of the import, a notification email will be sent to confirm the process completion.

 

REMINDER:

You will receive, along with the completion email, the restoration file containing the data prior to the import. If you want to check any information or revert any value, you can consult this file.
