Administrators will be able to import the entire structure of the Bar Chart and/or Pareto Chart for all users who have access. If the same Pareto or bar chart structure is used for more than one control item or for more than one user, importing the spreadsheet will facilitate the user.

Below is the way to fill in the template correctly for import:

When filling in the data in the spreadsheet, remove the formatting to avoid errors in the import.
IMPORTANT:
The only difference between the Pareto and the Bar Chart is in column 6 (Type), where the letter P should be placed for Pareto and B for Bar Chart.

Viewing the Pareto and Bar Chart, respectively, in Gestiona
Import Pareto or Bar Chart
Click on the icon indicated below:
Then:
- Select the Pareto/Bar Chart type
- Find the file filled in as shown above
- Click Send
You can click the Update button to see the file upload status. When ready, the status will show the message: (100%) Import successful.
Gestiona will indicate if the import did not occur correctly. If your file has any changes to already registered data, a message will appear showing how many records were updated.
At the end of the import, a notification email will be sent confirming the process completion.
REMINDER:
You will receive, along with the completion email, the restoration file containing the data prior to the import. If you want to check any information or revert any value, you can consult this file.
