EspañolThis functionality of Gestiona allows Facilitators to have a separate tree from the subordination structure. This way, Facilitators can directly access their Facilitated individuals regardless of their position in the hierarchy.

Firstly, to use this feature, the user must have the Facilitator ICG permission enabled in their profile.
Linking the Facilitator to the Facilitated
On the Users screen, click on the Register Facilitator tab.
Click on the Facilitator Registration tab.
Then, click Add.
Once done, the user will be listed on the screen.
To unlink the Facilitator, simply click on the icon
.
Linking the Facilitated to the Facilitator
Click on the My Facilitated tab.
Then, click Add.
Once done, the user will be listed on the screen.
To add more Facilitated, simply repeat the above steps. To unlink the Facilitated, simply click on the icon .
REMINDER:
The Facilitator Registration tab allows linking a Facilitator to the selected user.
The My Facilitated tab allows linking the Facilitated to the selected user.
My Facilitated
When logging into Gestiona as a Facilitator, you will have a new option to access your facilitated individuals: the My Facilitated button located in the side menu, below the hierarchical tree of Companies and Users.
Clicking on the arrow, the Facilitator can view all the users they assist.
Clicking on one of the users in this list, you can directly access the user’s registration screen.
Clicking on My Facilitated, you will enter the Facilitated Search screen, where, just like on the Users screen, you will have the complete list of all your facilitated individuals.
In this screen, you can search for a facilitated individual by Name, Username, Company, and Email.
Hovering over a record, you will have three options: Edit, Change Password, and Access Dashboard.
- Edit: opens the user’s registration screen.
- Change Password: opens the screen to change the user’s password.
- Access Dashboard: accesses the user’s dashboard.
Firstly, to use this feature, the user must have the Facilitator ICG permission enabled in their profile.
Generating the EGU of the Facilitated
In addition to accessing and managing your facilitated individuals, the Facilitator can also extract the EGU only of their facilitated individuals.
To do this, when accessing the EGU screen, you will see the list of your facilitated individuals by clicking on My Facilitated, below the hierarchical tree of Companies and Users.
