In some cases, a client may have more than one company. With Gestiona, you can register your companies and limit user access to only the desired companies. It is in the company registration that you configure whether there will be a differentiation of colours for yellow and red good.

How to Register a New Company

Click on the client where the company will be registered and then click on Companies or the corresponding icon, as indicated below:

The Company Search window will open. Click on New.

Fill in the registration details and configure the new Company.

General Data

  • Name: Define the name of the new Company

Default Settings

    • Blank Months: Number of months beyond the base month visible on the dashboard
    • Number of Months: Total number of months visible on the dashboard
    • List users only from this company: Restricts the visibility of users in list fields such as FCAs, Plans, Tasks, Agenda, etc.
    • Display Goal: Displays the goal on the dashboard
    • Yellow Good: Replaces the yellow colour with blue on the traffic light when the result is outside the expected in the GOOD direction
    • Red Good: Replaces the red colour with petroleum blue on the traffic light when the result is beyond the red range in the GOOD direction

Routine Control

    • Define the number of traffic lights per month needed to activate Chronic Red, Acute Red, and the Green Range.

Fixed Base Date

    • Fixed Base Date: Displays the months from January to December regardless of the current month
    • Base Date: Indicates what the Base Month of the dashboard is.

IMPORTANT:

1. The base month determines the colouring of the traffic lights for the months up to the configured base month.

2. It also determines the calculation of the EGU criteria.

Default Calendar

  • Allows you to determine which calendar the items of all users will be configured to.

Company Committee

  • Display Company Committee: Activates the feature
  • Committee User: Allows you to choose which user will receive the Committee Control Items and automatic updates.

After all the data is filled in, click Save.

How to Search for a Company

By default, in the Company Search window, you will find a list of all the companies you have access to. You can write the name of the desired Company and click Search.

Double-clicking on the desired company will take you to the Company registration screen.

How to Delete a Company

To delete a company, simply select a company from the list and click Delete.

Click Yes to proceed with the deletion.

IMPORTANT:

Deleting a company requires that no user is linked to it.
