Icons from Admin Panel on Gestiona

When accessing the Administrator screen, the user can configure some information that user profiles do not have access to. In the upper left corner, you will find various icons. In this article, we will see what each icon represents.

Icons available when entering the Administrative Panel:

Some icons may not be available for your profile.

  Company 

Access the list of companies you have access to.

  Users 

Access the list of users of the companies you have access to.

 Protection Calendar 
Set the date to block edits to control items.

Profiles 
Create and edit profiles of the companies you have access to.

EGU 
Extract an Excel report of all the information being processed to generate the EGU score for users.

Import Data 
Transfer data from your Excel spreadsheets directly to Gestiona.

Reports 
Find detailed information about your users and control items.

Meeting Schedule 
Schedule and manage meetings for the companies you have access to.

Rename Control Items 
Change the basic information of Control Items. You can change multiple items at once.

Copy and Move 
Make copies or transfer Control Items between users.
