To generate a Control Items Report, simply click on the Reports icon in the admin panel:
In this report, you will obtain all the information about the Control Items. You can also get the Control Items Import Mask.
Table:
You should select the fields of which items you want to extract the report, whether main items, auxiliary items, or both simultaneously. In the Filters field, choose the options you want.
Totalised Items:
- YES: Generates only the information of items that are totalised;
- NO: Generates only the information of items that are NOT totalised;
- NO FILTER: Generates the information of all control items, whether totalised or not.
Inactive Users:
- YES: Generates only the information of inactive users;
- NO: Generates only the information of active users;
- NO FILTER: Generates the information of all users.
Disabled Items:
- YES: Generates only the information of items that are disabled;
- NO: Generates only the information of items that are active;
- NO FILTER: Generates the information of all items.
Company:
You can select only one company by choosing the name in the “Company” field. Leaving the field blank will consider the option all.
Control Item:
You can select a specific item by writing the name of the item in the “Control Item” field. Leaving the field blank will consider the option all.
Item Type:
You can select the following item types: 1C, 2C, 2A, 2B. You can select one at a time or all simultaneously.
Custom Filter:
You can select custom fields from your company; to do this, select the name within the filter. Leaving the field blank will consider the option all.
Custom Item Filter:
You can choose which custom field you want to use to generate the report. Leaving the field blank will consider the option all.
