Goals Report in Gestiona

Click on the Reports icon indicated below:

In this report, you will obtain the information of the Goals Report with the goal colours, budgeted and projected.

 

 

You must select the Base Date for generating the data.

In the Table Option, select whether the report will bring only the Main Items, only the Auxiliary Items, or both simultaneously. In the Type option, you can choose only one of the Control Items options or select all simultaneously:

• 2A – Generate only items of type 2A
• 2B – Generate only items of type 2B
• 2C – Generate only items of type 2C
• 1C – Generate only items of type 1C

In the Filters field, choose the options you want:

Disabled Items:

• YES – Generates only the information of items that are disabled;
• NO – Generates only the information of items that are NOT disabled;
• NO FILTER – Generates the information of all control items, whether disabled or not.

Inactive Users:

• YES – Generates only the information of inactive users;
• NO – Generates only the information of active users;
• NO FILTER – Generates the information of all users.

Totalised Items:

• YES – Generates only the information of items that are totalised;
• NO – Generates only the information of items that are NOT totalised;
• NO FILTER – Generates the information of all control items, whether totalised or not.

Company:

• You can select only one company by choosing the name in the “Company” field. Leaving the field blank will consider the option ALL.

Control Item:

• You can select a specific control item by writing the name of the item in the “Control Item” field. Leaving the field blank will consider the option ALL.

Custom Filter:

• You can select custom fields from your company; to do this, select the name within the filter. Leaving the field blank will consider the option ALL.

The Generate button will display the report information on the screen. The Export button will create an Excel file for download.
