Click on the Reports icon indicated below:
This report allows you to extract the data of the Paretos registered in the control items of your company’s users.
To generate the report, you need to fill in the desired period, the types of items that will be included in the report, and fill in the filters:
Period:
- From: Start date of extraction;
- Until: End date of extraction;
Item Type:
You can select the following item types: 1C, 2C, 2A, 2B. You can select one at a time or all simultaneously.
Disabled Items:
- YES: Generates only the information of items that are disabled;
- NO: Generates only the information of items that are active;
- NO FILTER: Generates the information of all items.
Inactive Users:
- YES: Generates only the information of inactive users;
- NO: Generates only the information of active users;
- NO FILTER: Generates the information of all users.
Export blank months:
- YES: Will include all items in all months of the selected period, even those without Pareto or bar chart registered;
- NO: Will only display control items in the months that have Pareto and/or bar chart registered.
Company:
You can filter by one of the companies registered with the Client, if any. Just select the desired company in the “Company” field. Leaving the field blank will consider the option all.
Users:
You can filter by one of the registered users. Just select the desired user in the “User” field. Leaving the field blank will consider the option all.
Control Item:
You can select a specific item by writing the name of the item in the “Control Item” field. Leaving the field blank will consider the option all.
Custom Filter:
You can select custom fields from your company, if any. To do this, select the values according to the available fields. Leaving the field blank will consider the option all.
The Generate button will display the report information on the screen. The Export button will create an Excel file for download.
