PortuguêsTo access your MEI, on the main User Dashboard click on MEI as seen below
After clicking, the MEI screen will be displayed as follows:
Under Team Scores, you will be able to track how your team is performing on each of the EGU criteria.
To access it, simply select it on the MEI screen by clicking anywhere on the bar:
The following info will appear:
When you rest the mouse cursor on one of the icons in the table, a tooltip will be displayed with the name of the column.
Below we will see what each category presented on this screen represents.
In the General Score section, you will see a table with the subordinate users and their respective MEI scores, with the system considering: red for scores below 50%, yellow for 51% to 69% and green for scores above 70%.
Under MEI Criteria, you will see the scores for each MEI criterion of your subordinates, these being (in that order):
Predictability
Results Analysis
Results Planning
Goal Management
Planned Actions
Management of Results Meetings (RRs)
The values will appear according to the percentage of the result.
To enter the name of each criterion, the system displays a tooltip when you hover over each icon:
In the KPIs section you can see how many Items each user has in total, and how many of these items are outside the Green Band.
