Click on the Reports icon shown below:
In this report you will get the information of the Goals Report with the goals color, budgeted and projected.
- You must select the Base Date of the data generation.
- On the Table option select whether the report will bring only the Main KPIs, only the Auxiliaries and, or both simultaneously.
- On the Type option you can choose only one of the KPIs options and/or select all of them simultaneously.
- 2A – Generate only 2A type items
- 2B – Generate only 2B type items
- 1C – Generate only 1C type items
- 2C – Generate only 2C type items
- In the Filters field choose the options you want.
- Disabled KPIs:
YES – only generates information for KPIs that are disabled;
NO – only generates information for KPIs that are NOT disabled;
WITHOUT FILTER – generates the information of all KPIs disabled or not. - Inactive Users:
YES – generates inactive users information only;
NO – generates only active user information;
WITHOUT FILTER – generates information for all users. - Totalized KPIs:
YES – only generates the information for KPIs that are totalized;
NO – only generates the information for items that are NOT totalized;
WITHOUT FILTER – generates the information of all KPIs totalized or not. - Company:
You can select only one company by selecting the name in the “Company” field.
Leaving the field blank will be considered the ALL option. - KPI:
You can select a specific KPI, just write the KPI name in the “KPI” field.
Leaving the field blank will be considered the ALL option. - Customizable Filter:
You can select custom fields for your company, for that select the name within the filter.
Leaving the field blank will be considered the option.
- Disabled KPIs:
The Generate button will display the report information on the screen.
The Export button will create an excel file for download.
