The Business Search window will open. Click New.
Fill in the registration data and configure the new Company.
General Data
- Name: Define the name of the new Company
Default Settings
- Blank Months: Number of months beyond the base month visible in the dashboard
- Number of Months: Total number of months visible on the dashboard
- List Users Only From This Company: Restricts visibility of users to list fields such as FCAs, Plans, Tasks, Calendar, etc.
- View Goal: Display the goal on the dashboard
- Good Yellow: Replaces the yellow color with the blue in the beacon when the result is out of line with the GOOD direction
- Good Red: Replaces the red color with the oil blue in the beacon when the result is beyond the red range in the GOOD direction
Routine Control
- Set the amount of beacons of the month needed to activate Chronic Red, Acute Red and Green Band.
Fixed Base Date
- Fixed Base Date: Displays the months from January to December regardless of the current month
- Base Date: Indicates the Base Month of the dashboard
IMPORTANT:
- The base month determines the color of the beacons for the months up to the base month set.
- It also determines the calculation of the EGU criteria.
Standard Calendar
- Allows you to determine which calendar all users’ items will be set to.
Company Committee
- Exibit Company Committee: Activate the feature
- Committee User: Allows you to choose which user will receive the Comitee KPIs and automatic updates.
After all the data filled in, click on Save.

How to Search for a Company

You can write the name of the Company you need and click Search.

How to Delete a Company

Click Yes to proceed with the deletion.
IMPORTANT:
Deleting a company requires that no users are linked to it.
