When a user forgets their password and cannot change it using the “Forgot my password” button, or users who have tried to access the ICG several times without success and their login has been blocked. Change Password

On the User Registration screen, click on the Change Password button.
You will set a temporary password for the user.
IMPORTANT:
When accessing the ICG with the temporary password, the user will be able to register a new password.

Unlock Password
[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.9.10″ custom_margin=”|25px|0px|25px||true” custom_padding=”||0px” global_colors_info=”{}”]Unlocking is required when the user has tried to access the ICG with the wrong password more times than allowed. This causes User Lockout.
To unlock it, just click on the Unlock Password button on the User Registration screen.
This way, the ICG will free the user to try again.
In case the user remembers his password, he can try to access the ICG normally. If you don’t remember, he/she can use Forgot Password or the Administrator can change the user’s password.
