In addition to being able to access the table of their subordinates through their hierarchy tree, users with an administrator profile can access the ICG of other users in companies they have access to, as long as they have the profile permissions to do so.

- In the top menu, clicking on the icon
or: - Expanding the hierarchical tree and clicking on Users
As indicated by the arrows below:
When accessing the User Search screen, you can search for the user in fields by Name, Username (used for login), Company or E-mail. Then, click on Search.
By hovering over the records, you will see a button in the second column of the Access Dashboard screen.
By clicking on this button, you will be taken directly to the user’s dashboard without going through the registration screen.
By double clicking on register, the User screen will open. From there, you can access the user’s dashboard by clicking the Acessar Dashboard button.
When accessing the user’s dashboard, you can check the logged in user (in this case, you) and the selected user(ie, the dashboard owner).
In the gear icon you can also see all access details. To return to the Admin Panel just click on Administrator.
