Click on the EGU icon.
The system will open your EGU window. Click the Settings tab.
In the Change Directed Weights section, you can change the weights for each criteria.
Just click on the value to edit it:
Remember: if any of your subordinates does not have subordinates to them, the weight of the Results Reunion Management criterion will automatically be 0.
