In 2024, Gestiona stood out as an even more powerful and efficient tool for transforming data into strategic decisions. Our commitment to offering practical and intuitive solutions resulted in a series of improvements that make teams’ daily lives more productive and management processes more aligned with business objectives.

 

Action plan improvements

The Action Plan received a series of important updates throughout the year to improve its user experience and optimise the management of projects and actions:

Modern and Intuitive Visual: A renewed interface to facilitate navigation and make use more pleasant and functional.

Breadcrumbs: Inclusion of navigation trails so you can switch between screens more practically and efficiently.

Essential Fields Added:

  • Impact of Actions: Allows you to record and assess the direct impact of initiatives.
  • Original Date To: Indicates the date originally planned for the completion of the actions, functioning as a parameter for comparison with subsequent changes.
  • Number of Changes: Automatically records the number of times an action’s deadline has been changed, ensuring greater control and transparency.

These improvements were designed to make your experience more complete, organised and aligned with the strategic needs of your management.

 

Customisation of Tabs in Multigraphs

Multigraphs are a powerful tool for grouping indicators by theme, segment or project in a single dashboard, allowing individual monitoring by manager. The option to customise tab names has been added to organise information in a way that makes more sense for your management. This way, you make your presentations clearer and more professional with tabs named according to the topics you want to highlight and make it easier to access information and keep your dashboards aligned with your strategies and priorities.

 

Performance Indicator Filter

Gestiona now has a Filter option on the Dashboard, allowing you to select items by name, traffic light colour or target colour. With this feature you ensure more dynamic meetings, agility and flexibility.

 

Quattrus Panel

We have released the Quattrus Panel, a powerful tool, developed with the aim of providing an integrated and efficient management experience. This centralised portal provides direct access to the most important data, allowing efficient management of your goals and projects, bringing together all the essential information you need to track your progress with a focus on priorities and operational efficiency, in a simplified and organised way.

 

Artificial Intelligence in Gestiona

Another great new feature of 2024 was Quattrícia, an intelligent virtual consultant, developed to transform the way you use Gestiona. Trained in our exclusive methodology, she is familiar with all the details of our approach. In addition to providing quick and accurate answers, Quattrícia offers detailed user guides for all the features of our software. It ensures that you and your team use Gestiona efficiently, resulting in a significant increase in productivity and work effectiveness.

 

Team actions in Compact Mode

We have made the analysis even more efficient! Now, the team’s red dashboard, in compact mode view, displays the team’s actions, and no longer those of the logged-in user, making it easier to track actions with greater agility, practicality of use and focus on what matters.

 

Filter for Goals for the following year

Planning for the future has become even easier! We have added a filter that allows you to view control items with targets set for the following year. Now you can quickly identify control items that have outstanding target entries and focus on these definitions.

 

Multigraphs in the Virtual Table

The Virtual Table, one of the most innovative tools for configuring dashboards and monitoring results, now has the Multigraph functionality.

 

Item Attachments

In Gestiona, you have the option to attach files to your indicators, making it easier to access reports or presentations, for example, with the Item Attachments feature. In 2024, we further improved the usability of this feature to optimise document management:

  • Inclusion of the indicator name and ID, for easier identification.
  • Option to maximise the attachment window, offering a wider view.
  • Improvements in the display of column lines, making it easier to expand and view data.

 

Action Report

To further improve the usability of reports, we have included new period selection fields and a specific filter by action owner. These improvements make information analysis and filtering even more accurate.

 

Action Plan Action Report

With the aim of facilitating action plan management, it is now possible to filter actions by owner directly in the reports. This allows for a more detailed and efficient monitoring of activities.

 

CONEXA

 

Conexa Map

The Conexa Map is a tool that facilitates the identification and monitoring of strategic objectives, providing a clear view of the performance of your strategy.

 

Presentation Mode

Optimise your plan monitoring meetings with Conexa’s Presentation Mode, allowing for simplified organisation and a comprehensive view of the evolution of the Action Plans that support your objectives.

 

Items from a submap in presentation mode

Now in Conexa, you can include indicators from your submaps in presentation mode, making plan monitoring more complete and robust.

 

Linking PAA Projects to Conexa objectives

Conexa now allows you to link PROJECTS from your PAA in the Projects field of an Objective, bringing more agility and alignment in monitoring the initiatives that affect the achievement of each objective.

Virtual Table with Opera view

How about sharing your daily, weekly and cumulative measurement items with other users? Now the virtual table can be used with the Opera view!

 

Auxiliary items in Opera

For those who manage their items on a daily and weekly basis, this function is now also available on the auxiliary control items dashboard.
