Os Administradores poderão importar vários Itens de Controle para todos os usuários que tem acesso.
Ao invés de cadastrar item por item, poderá realizar esta operação uma única vez, via importação.

Ao preencher os dados na planilha, remova as formatações para evitar erros na importação.
IMPORTANTE:
Se houverem Campos Personalizados cadastrados é preciso incluí-los no arquivo para importação – eles são obrigatórios.
DICA: faça uma exportação do relatório e copie o cabeçalho para o arquivo de importação.

Em seguida:
- Selecione o tipo Itens de Controle
- Busque o arquivo preenchido conforme mostrado acima
- Clique em Enviar
Você pode clicar no botão Atualizar para ver o status de envio do arquivo. Quando estiver pronto, no status aparecerá a mensagem: (100%) Importação efetuada com sucesso.
O ICG irá indicar caso a importação não tenha ocorrido da forma correta.
Caso no seu arquivo tenha alguma alteração de dados já cadastrados, irá aparecer a mensagem de quantos registros foram atualizados.
No final da importação, será enviado um e-mail de notificação da conclusão do processo.
